This is horrible quality, made of plastic, and never worked properly. I used it maybe 8 times and it stopped working after 8 uses. Ran extremely hot and smelled like burning plastic. Amazon did not help refund, and I could not get in touch with the manufacture that had a warranty. Beyond frustrating!!!!

okay so I was a little bit nervous ordering this product because some of the bad reviews were all saying the same thing. when I got my machine it did do the same thing those review said so I was super upset. I put in a request for a return and they sent me a message on things to try before I tried to return it. I really love the look of the machine and obviously the price point is awesome so I really wanted this to work! I tried it exactly what they said and now it works perfectly! I guess when you get the machine sometimes it beeps non-stop while it’s because when you put the distilled water in its not detecting the water because the water so pure it needs to be able to detect the electrolytes in the water so when you first get it you need to put tap water with a little bit of salt in it, not every time but for the first few times since it’s new. After I did that my machine works beautifully! the design is awesome and it’s quiet I definitely recommend this machine especially at its price point!

Short life span
I like the steam. I don’t like that it does not last long. This is my 2nd steamer with this company and neither lasted a year. I’m currently out of the return status and stuck with a product that does not work. I store it in one place, it is not handles frequently and it still looks good to support it is not handled much. I suggest you not purchase.

Donât waste your money
Not worth it at all. Didnât work consistently and quit working completely before a year rolled around. Customer service when trying to resolve the issue was also awful. Unresponsive the majority of the time, and quite rude when trying to ask questions to see if there is a way to fix it rather than having to find a more complicated solution. Not helpful at all, and not worth the money.

Invest in another steamer this one broke 2 months after purchasing. I would appreciate if I could get a refund as I believe there should be a 1 year manufacturing warranty on it. Very unreliable. Don’t buy.

The quality is very cheap, please value your money and donât waste on this. This item is unacceptable. Poorly packaged and all metal parts are dented and one important screw is missing, without this your are not able to assemble and it means you have useless steamer.
