Soo far soo good but very bad packaging!!!
The reason why I’m giving a 4 star is because when I opened my steamer from the box the bag with weels and the other stuff was opened…..I didn’t even know it came with a small wrench till I looked at the booklet it came with and I had to dig through the box it was hidden under the box flap. I couldn’t find the bolt it came with eighter it was also hidden trown around in the box under a flap. The poles were not even packed right. And I had to wash she cup because it looked like the cup had already had water in it!! And the fact that the hight is not how it looks in the picture. Other than that it preformed good!

Good quality great for a spa at home
Material seems to be sturdy, and the setup is fairly easy. It also has a compartment for essential oil, so I can relax with my favorite lavender scent. I was hesitated of the size since itâs on the wheel and we donât have much room, but it is actually pretty easy to store away and move around. It has a much bigger space to hold water than my tabletop steamer, so I donât have to refill every time. But I do use distilled water to avoid any mineral build up, a little bit of work but managed to do that. Love the wheels as I can literally have a face spa any time any where at home. When a busy day comes, I can relax for 5 min in between meetings.

Itâs not just looking good. It actually produces noticeable results. It warms up pretty rapidly. In addition, its steam is powerful and the moisture level is just great. It is so easy to use and reliable.
