Clear view, floats, stays sealed, but touch sensitive in salt water
I bought these phone pouches because I trusted the Pelican name to remain sealed underwater while we went snorkeling on a cruise. I wasn’t disappointed. The fit was perfect and not too tight for my Samsung S22 Ultra and my wife’s iPhone 13 Pro Max. The window on the front is large enough to not cover any important parts of the screens and the rear window was the perfect size for both rear cameras regardless of shape. I opted for the XL case just to have a little more wiggle room sliding the phones in without taking off our cases. The two folding clips that open and close the pouch are easy to use in and out of the water. The clear plastic only fogged up on one use and that was from being opened/closed multiple times while in the water, so the temperature difference finally caught it, but it didn’t fog much. Performance was great with floating in the ocean, and since it has a slide toggle on the lanyard we were able to tighten them up so they wouldn’t float off of us if a wave hit. The video and picture were take on the Samsung while in the pouch and showed no signs of clarity or quality issues.The only problem and this was from not thinking on my part, the salt water activates the touch sensors through the plastic when submerged, no issues above water. So the video I had to start before going underwater. The photo I was able to take underwater and use my phones side buttons. This problem can be fixed probably if you can put spacers like cabinet bump stops on the corners of the phone to prevent the plastic from sucking to the screen. Or if you’re able to use side buttons it’s no problem underwater.Used it at the lake too on the jetski and now I don’t have to fumble with unlocking a hard case to get the phone out to take pictures.

Great case but issues with delivery
I really like this waterproof case and it works really well. Holds the S25 ultra with protective case. So no issues there. The product is excellent and I recommend for anyone with a Samsung ultra or iPhone pro or max. My wife has a iPhone pro with a case and it fits as well with no water in pouch and it does float.As others have said in their review you would need to start camera outside of water then go under water to start filming. But while in the waterproof pouch and with a additional screen protector and case on phone the touch buttons (not fingerprint) work.The only reason I am leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of delivery. In full disclosure I bought the like new option amazon offers to save money. When the product arrived it was in a great box but only contained one case not two as what I paid for. Contacting the seller, they said they cannot help me I have to go through amazon as that’s where I purchased. Going through amazon, amazon it is making me return item for a refund.So my dilemma is I like the product and have a upcoming trip I need to use it for. So I am choosing to keep the case even though I did not get the second case.Therefore if buying a two or four pack I would say, buy the new not “like new” option.

Very water proof
The design is easier to open & close compared to others I’ve had. It’s durable & great value for the money. The plastic screen is very clear & the sound quality is good.

The best waterproof case I’ve found.
I keep my phone in this case when I sail my small sailboat and I it has a lot going for it. The clasp is secure and watertight. The plastic covering the screen is hard enough not to get cut when I’m rough with it, i.e. climbing in the boat and sandwiching it between me and the side. It’s pretty easy to use, even when wet since the case is designed to keep the plastic just off the screen – not sure about underwater yet. I’m a fan of the strength of the plastic loop on the top of the case as well, while it looks thin in the amazon picture, it has some depth so it’s pretty solid. Some cases have flimsy attachment points and I’ve had to swim for a phone before. It is not capable of recognizing my face (I use an iphone XR contained in a second slim case without a screen protect) but I’ve never had a waterproof case that did so it’s a hard thing to complain about.As advertised it floats quite readily. Using the edges of the case to contain the foam makes the case more streamlined than some and also protects the phone. There’s some bulk to it’s unavoidable in a floating case.Last, the strap made of really tough material, I have a slight concern that if I caught it on something it might strangle me climbing back into the boat. I will probably add a plastic buckle on the loop for that reason. The plastic hook that connects it to the phone is not as robust but is pretty much what I wanted/expected.I’d love some brighter colors but otherwise it’s perfect for my needs.

Very reliable waterproof! Easy to take pictures and clear pictures. May have to adjust phone sensitivity for touch screen.
