Good for an added twist to walking and/or hiking
Good for walking and balance. Easy to adjust their height, are lightweight and easy to use provided links and videos. Good to help with walking and improving balance. Videos of proper technique help you adjust to coordinating your arms with your feet to walk smoothly on different surfaces, including uphills and downslopes. Great exercise for your arms too. These are foldable and packable for travel, but may need to be checked in luggage for flights since they have sharp tips under their various choices of protective rubber tips for different surfaces. Good price for a good set to learn and use whether in the neighborhood or for hiking the trails.

Cheap and good
Honestly, for the price these poles are stellar. Iâm used to buying $100 carbon fiber poles but these honestly pulled through just as well. Theyâre super light and easy to assemble. One issue I had was with the rubber tips, they kept sliding and I would lose my balance, but my solution was just to take them offâ¦problem solved. Would highly recommend.

I thought these were excellent for assistance in walking. I walk very well without a problem but sometimes you lose your balance just a little bit and that helps you get through it. I just used these in the mighty five in Utah and the Grand Canyon and Sedona and I loved using them. I have a walking stick at home, but I needed something for the trip away and these pack perfectly. I want to figure out how to Set them up everything works fine and they are more sturdier than one was suspect. Iâm glad I made these purchase before I went on my trip.

These trekking poles will fit in my small 22″ roller bag (I hear that trekking poles have to be in checked luggage though). They are lightweight, easy to assemble and disassemble and have only one adjustment point which can be tightened by hand, if needed. They are skinny and so feel less supportive, although I think they are just fine. They are great for the price and will work will for travel. The hot pink color is fun.

Love these poles
My favorite thing about them is how light and small they fold up to be. They are great for running ultras in the mountains because I can stash them away in my running vest when I don’t need them. I am using them in the winter for split boarding poles, they are very handy and easy to expand and collapse. I bought another pair for my son I like them so much.

Great as a cane! Snow/ice tip, doesnât flip away for inside.
I love the hand grip, great pink/purple color for me, & is used as a cane for my balance. I only use one which is what I need! Make me so much more steady & balanced. Donât need my aide holding my arm all the time. Going between snow/ice & inside is a concern because the snow/ice tip isnât made to move out of the way as I walk in a dr office. Easy to take through TSA as a cane, donât even collapse it!!

It may be a fluke, but my poles would not stay snapped on at all
Why ship poles that would not stay snapped on as designed. The Quality Control guy should be fired. I return them and had to buy a more expensive set that my wife has got. Guess you get what you pay for. I am returning this one to AMZN. Sorry
