Great, comfortable chair
This chair was beyond my expectations in comfort, style, and sturdiness. My husband said it was easy to assemble with all needed parts included (and a few extra). I thought I loved my old chair, but since I started having back issues, decided it might be time for a new one. I work at home tied to a desktop computer and usb headset 5-6 hours per day M-F so I use my chair a lot. The brown faux leather is soft and smooth, the seat and back are well made and supportive and the arms are padded and comfy. The fact that the arms can lift up, out of the way, makes me able to push it under my rolltop desk. Love the little pump to make the lower back firmer too. That being said, I am 6 feet tall and I agree with other reviewers that this is not a short person’s chair. My shortish friend sat in it and her feet didn’t touch the ground on the lowest setting. But for me it is a vast improvement over my apparently worn out previous chair. I have been using it a few months now and I still am thrilled with it!

Love this chair!
Iâve been trying this chair out for a couple weeks now and want to say how much iâve enjoyed this chair. Visually I think this chair is nice, and it was easily put together by myself. I really enjoy the adjustable lumbar support and how comfortable this chair is. I have carpet in my room and even with that the chair is rolling around easily. Overall for the price I paid I canât complain at all, this was a fantastic purchase for the value. I plan on buying one for my brother as well!

Pretty good, especially for the price
When you start looking into comfortable, well made desk chairs, you discover over $1000 is the starting point. I’d consider this if I could sit in the chair first, but since no one in my area has a good selection of Herman Miller, Steelcase, etc. I figured, might as well order an inexpensive chair and get a few years out of it.This chair has tunred out to be quite nice. It’s comfortable and reasonably well padded. Mine did come with the inflatable lumbar support although I haven’t played with it much so far.There are very few assembly steps. (1) Place the seat on the base, (2) attach side arms, (3) attach seat back, which is held in place by screws in the arms. This last step is tricky because it’s difficult to position the back between the arms and make all the screw holes line up. But it’s doable.Now that the chair is together, my only gripe is that height adjustment cylinder has to be rasied every time I sit in the chair. These cylinders are always the weakest part, but it’s only been a week and I weigh 155 pounds. The cylinder does hold after adjustment until the next time I sit in the chair, so it isn’t shot yet.All in all, it’s great. I could buy almost 6 of these chairs for the cost of the superduper ergonomic chair my neighbor has. Obviously, if you can sit in a chair first, that’s the way to go. But if you can’t, why spend a fortune?

Solid Materials and Comfortable.
The product finally arrived thanks to UPS delays. Easy setup. My only issue was it lowering an inch more but I can make it work with the desk. Love the cushion and the material. The lumbar support is helpful. The arms push back out of the way when needed and it leans back for further back support.

Body contour and firm but soft
I usually do not provide this early reviews. Purchased this chair to replace existing due to after sitting on it does not provide body contour support no longer there and causes back ache. received this chair today and assembled. Just sat on it and I can tell this chair will be great, back lumbar support and soft but firm body contour. With adjustable back lumbar spine support. It was easy to assemble w/o reading the instructions and provided extra screw, etc and allen tool.

Decent chair, inflatable air cushion does not last
Nice feeling chair for the price point, however they advertise the inflatable back support as being a large feature. However I have maybe had the chair for about 1.5 weeks and today the air pocket burst. I have some back issues and wanted extra support so I inflated until firm but not over full. I barely leaned back into my chair and it gently popped. So…no more of that extra support but it is still a decent, comfortable chair. They definitely need a sturdier air bag though. I am also by no means heavy set, 6ft 180 lbs.

I’ve been using the Chair for a few weeks, and it has been a great addition to my home office. This chair is extremely comfortable. The faux leather is very soft and leaves a pleasant feel on the skin. Super easy to assemble, took me less than 15 minutes to assemble and it comes with the required tools as well for installation. Adjustable tilt clock works perfect too. Only area for improvement if they could add feature to adjust the back to may be straighten it further, otherwise its perfect.After using it for 3 days, I love spending more hours sitting on this comfortable chair and also its good plus size people with lots of space.Very strong, firm and looks very durable. I am sure positive that it will last few years.Overall happy with this purchase
