Love
Iâve been using these for 2 1/2 months now and we all love them so much. I went for the more expensive nesting ones so they take up very little space. I like the sizes better than the ones in most sets and prefer these the lightweight lids to glass ones. I looked at a lot of ceramic nontoxic nonstick cookware online and in stores. Iâm pretty sure I found the right ones. I absolutely love having nonstick pots as well. Nesting pans are the way to go. You can fit everything in one cabinet. Theyâre also very beautiful. I also got the grill pan and it cleans up so easily.

Love this set
Love everything about this set. The build quality is excellent. I love the larger size pots and pans this comes with compared to most sets. That and the pieces being stackable are the only reason I went with a set over going one piece at a time, as we’re replacing all the non-stick cookware we’ve used for years. I have a 10″ skillet from All-Clad that cost almost a third of this entire set. I don’t notice a difference in quality or performance so far. These definitely perform better than the disc-clad stainless steel pots we have. Do make sure you learn how to heat them up if you’re going to fry or sear, but for liquids they’re dummy proof. We’ve only had these a few weeks, but they’ve all seen usage at least once and most pieces multiple times, including stove top and oven. The handles do an admirable job of staying touchable on the stove top. I do expect these to be the last pots and pans of their sizes I buy for at least a few decades. You can put them in the dishwasher, but we don’t to make sure the aluminum core doesn’t rust.
If I had 1 suggestion to Nuwave, it would be to stamp or engrave the measurement lines on the inner walls of the pots like some other brands do. It’s the only thing I miss from some of our non-stick pots. But it’s not a huge deal and I knew these wouldn’t have them when I bought them. To potential buyers, if you’re replacing older pots, check if any lids you have fit these as you may want to have a couple extra on hand. We got lucky and had an extra lid for both sizes from pots we were replacing. Absolutely would recommend this to anyone looking for a high quality stainless set. I’ve been showing them off to the handful of people I know who appreciate such things.

Good pans and good customer service
So far these have performed well. Not sure if they are the very best out there but certainly are good. Customer Service is certainly five-star. We did have an issue with one pan with the rivets getting loose on the handle. They were very responsive and friendly in replacing it promptly. Shout out to Emily R. who made sure the matter got resolved.

Gen 10 Duralon Blue is Cool!
My wife is slowly swapping out our traditional non-stick Teflon pans over to non-toxic cookware. Nuwave cookware has a 1050 aluminum core and is coated with a Duralon coating which makes the cooking surface heat fast and evenly, releases food easily, and is very durable. There is also a brushed stainless-steel base at the bottom, which resists stains and scratches and hides wear and tear; the pans have a stainless-steel exterior that is induction ready; and the handles are made of stainless steel, which are ergonomic, anti-fatigue, lightweight but sturdy, and has a built-in heat diffuser to keep the grip cooler.
This is a really nice and versatile set which includes a 12-inch fry pan, an 8-inch fry pan, a 4-quart sauté pan, a 2- and 3-quart sauce pan, a 9-quart stockpot, a 5-quart Dutch oven, and a 12-inch lid and an 8-inch lid.
Nuwave takes a lot of pride in that their cookware is eco-friendly and uses a coating called âGen 10 Duralon Blue,â which is an all-natural ceramic coating that is free of PTFE, PFOA, PFAS, lead and cadmium. It also does not emit toxic gases at higher temperatures, which is a great, because my wife read on another website that it only takes two and a half minutes for a traditional non-stick pan on high heat to exceed 500 degrees Fahrenheit and begin releasing forever chemicals. If you can cook with non-toxic cookware, why take the chance of cooking on traditional non-stick pans where toxic chemicals can leach out and build up in your body over time?
Besides being non-toxic, which is most important to my wife, the next important thing to her is the non-stick properties of the pans. Other pans claim to be non-stick, but whenever she cooks fried rice with little to no oil, total fail. She has started to test the non-stick properties of a pan by making fried rice. In other pans that she has tried, half of the fried rice would stick to the bottom of the pan no matter how well she had preheated it or made sure that the pan was well seasoned. It felt like such a waste. I would rather be eating fried rice, not scrubbing it off the pan.
When she made fried rice in the Nuwave 12-inch frying pan, it did not stick at all. The rice came out perfect, and she only used a fraction of the oil! Not one grain of rice stuck! It was so easy to clean with warm soapy water and a soft brush. Just be sure to cool your pan completely to avoid the risk of the pan cracking from sudden extreme temperature changes. Also, it is recommended to use high-heat-rated silicone-based tools to avoid scratching and damaging the Duralon coating.
These pans are also rated 9H for hardness so the pan is highly resistant to abrasion, corrosion and acid so that it wonât chip or discolor and will keep its non-stick properties longer. The pans are also oven-safe up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, so these are perfect for searing steaks and then finishing them off in the oven.
Is this pan worth it? In my opinion, totally worth it. Although they are quite expensive, this 9-piece set is an investment that will pay off in the long run. You will save money over time by not having to replace it like other traditional non-stick pans, and cooking is much more enjoyable with the right equipment. With proper care, these pans will last a long time and perform well no matter if youâre a beginning cook or advanced. Very highly recommended!

El acero es de gran calidad, y el recubrimiento cerámico es fácil de lavar. Solo hay que tener cuidado de usar espatulas de silicon
